As a Hotel Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
-Train new employees
-Ensure your team is upto date with IHG One Rewards Trainings.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct night audits as needed
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and reservations
*Skills*
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of resort or hotel management is advantageous
