As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy reports
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software
