Night Auditor/Front Desk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent hospitality and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in front desk operations and night audit procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy reports
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends only
