Night Auditor/Front Desk

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing excellent guest services while conducting nightly audits of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.

Duties

• Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Provide outstanding guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls and directing them as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits.

Skills

• Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills, with a focus on providing excellent hospitality experiences.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
• Previous experience in hospitality or resort environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
