Senior Manager, F&B Procurement

Food and beverage procurement is a critical component of the hospitality industry, ensuring that establishments maintain high standards of quality while managing costs effectively. By leveraging strategic partnerships with suppliers and staying attuned to market trends, we can enhance their offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and drive profitability. In an ever-evolving landscape, effective procurement practices are essential for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining a competitive edge and maximize value for IHG Owners and Investors by utilizing portfolio-wide scale to drive cost efficiencies and secure optimized commercial agreements across the Food & Beverage category.

Your day to day

• Category PMO & Support: Manage projects, demand, forecasting, and escalations. Assist with communications, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Business Impact: Coordinate and execute sourcing initiatives from the Operate Category Strategy to drive efficiencies and lower costs for IHG Owners and Investors.
• Commercial Advisor: Leverage market expertise to provide strategic guidance to stakeholders up to VP level
• Administrative: Provide guidance to team members on documentation and legal process; responsible for preliminary contract review
  
  

What We Need From You

• Deep understanding of the Food & Beverage category including Consumables, Distribution, Equipment, etc.
• Experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) within the Hospitality industry
• Experience managing complex relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Strong procurement technical skills, fluency with legal agreements, and development/execution of complex RFx
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  
  

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $125,000. This role is also eligible for bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
