About the Role
The Human Resources Manager role is a central point of contact for our Leaders and Department Heads. You will provide day-to-day support for department heads with team corrective performance, end-to-end management of the performance management cycle, and internal investigations and IR coaching.
This role requires a strong understanding and execution of performance management and IR/FWA framework. You will also need to have experience with systems and programs such as Oracle MyRecruit, Kronos, and Preceda.
We are looking for an enthusiastic human resources professional with a secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years' related experience in a senior Human Resources position or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
