Job Overview:
IHSS Inc., Charboy's is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer as an independent contractor to enhance our online sales strategy and grow our website conversions from 10% to 33%. This role will focus on optimizing our Wix ecommerce platform, leveraging Google Analytics, SEO, targeted keywords, and social media marketing across multiple sales channels such as Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and Amazon. The ideal candidate is data-driven, skilled in digital marketing strategies, and passionate about driving revenue growth in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Optimization: Improve the Wix website's UX/UI, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
- SEO & Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings, meta tags, and descriptions to improve search rankings.
- Google Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics and reporting tools to monitor traffic, track conversion rates, and make strategic adjustments.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to drive website traffic and increase engagement on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Marketplace Expansion: Manage product listings, advertising campaigns, and sales optimization on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay to maximize reach.
- Email Marketing & Retargeting: Execute email marketing campaigns, abandoned cart recovery strategies, and customer retention initiatives.
- Paid and Unpaid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads): Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and influencer collaborations to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
- Competitive Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably within the food or CPG industry.
- Expertise in Wix, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and Amazon storefront management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and PPC strategies.
- Experience in social media advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) and marketing automation.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and results.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
