Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Digital Media

• Design aesthetically engaging digital assets, including graphics, animations, and infographics, to support marketing campaigns and product promotions.

• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital content, ensuring alignment with our company's visual identity.

Social Media Management

• Plan, develop, and deploy highly engaging social media content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts, promotions, and company updates.

Video Production & YouTube Management

• Shoot, edit, and produce professional-quality video content showcasing company products, customer success stories, and industry insights.

• Help develop our YouTube channel, ensuring content is optimized for search (SEO) and audience engagement.

• Develop video scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts to highlight the value of our packaging automation solutions.

• Incorporate motion graphics, voiceovers, and post-production elements to enhance video quality.

Marketing Strategy & Analytics

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging multimedia techniques to keep our brand ahead of the competition.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) or similar design/video editing tools.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and best practices for engagement.

• Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics.

• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies for improved performance.

• Self-starter with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Bonus: Experience in industrial B2B marketing or automation/packaging industries.
