II Corps (Second Corps) Consultants Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on the providing end-to-end training and education solutions to the federal government.
We are actively sourcing knowledgeable and experienced Wargaming SMEs. This wargame support ranges from extra-curricular wargaming activities to elective wargames, and to capstone wargame events for the various directives.

Full-Time W2 Opportunity
Hire is contingent upon contract reward
Salary: $120k/yr benefits (may be negotiable DOE)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct Faculty Development (FACDEV) and student training on wargame facilitation
- Wargame design and planning
- Leveraging wargaming tools in support programs and staff planning
- Provide instruction on wargaming theory, techniques, and facilitation
- Develop curriculum
- Create, revise, and update materials
- Participate in and/or conduct wargaming program assessments and activities
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Secret Security Clearance
- Playing and facilitating a combination of traditional board wargames and computer wargames.
- Experience and ability to conduct all responsibilities described in job description.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Strategic Studies, Military Studies, Government, National Security, International Relations, or related field
- 20 years of relevant experience
- Military Background
