General Duties:

• Supports the Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimators, and other project team members in the preconstruction efforts to ensure the accomplishment of the service objectives and a seamless transition into the construction phase.
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and Superintendent on all pre-planning efforts to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed prior to mobilization and throughout the construction process resulting in professional project management.
• Assists the Project Manager and Superintendent by reviewing and monitoring the project budget, construction costs, and other financials resulting in the accomplishment of the project objectives and profitability.
• Manages project milestones by developing, managing, and updating the project schedule in conjunction with the superintendent to ensure the project schedules are achieved.
• Oversees quality control efforts to support the Quality Control program, which will ensure project quality objectives are completed.
• Works with the Superintendent to ensure company Environmental, Storm Water, and safety programs are implemented and managed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Assists the Project Manager and Superintendent to implement all required risk management policies and procedures resulting in managed risk for the company with every project.
• Cultivates new and existing business relationships by actively engaging in client pursuits, RFP’s, and project interviews.
• Responsible for the preparation, submission, and distribution of requests for information related to the project.
• Responsible to obtain required submittals and shop drawings and review them in accordance with the contract documents.
• Responsible to lead the project documentation effort including drawing As-builts, Operation and Maintenance manuals as well as Punch lists.
• Supports all closeout efforts in a timely manner by archiving project information in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Engineering Equivalent programs of study.

0-5 Years Experience in the Construction Industry

Location:

This position will be based in Colorado Springs and may include working on the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
