Essential Functions
- Collaborates with the Project Managers, Estimators, and other project team members in the preconstruction efforts to ensure the accomplishment of the service objectives and a seamless transition into the construction phase.
- Supervises the superintendent to continuously lead the pre-planning efforts to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed prior to mobilization and throughout the construction process resulting in professional project management.
- Coordinates with the Superintendent on project budget management, construction costs, and other financials resulting in the accomplishment of the project objectives and profitability.
- Leads project team to establish project milestones by developing, managing, and updating the project schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent to ensure the project schedules are achieved.
- Assists the Superintendent with company Environmental, Storm Water, and safety programs are implemented and managed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Focuses on quality control efforts to support the Quality Assurance program, which will ensure project quality objectives are completed.
- Collaborates with the project team to complete all closeout efforts in a timely manner by archiving project information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Engineering Equivalent programs of study.
Over 5 years of experience in vertical commercial construction.
or
10 years or greater leading construction projects as a Superintendent
Location:
This position will be based in Colorado Springs and may include working on the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.
