Our Sales Account Manager is the face of our customer's experience. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced personnel's direction. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments, including sales and compliance operations.
Sales Account Managers Will Be :
- Communicating with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing the sale
- Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations, and providing outstanding customer service every time
- Receiving complete training and performing duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Presenting product presentations to potential customers and integrating customer outreach into overall sales goals
- Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers
- Observing experienced Sales Account Managers to acquire knowledge of our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties
- Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training
Sales Account Manager Position Requirements :

This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in Alexandria, VA.
