Role Description:
Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales? We seek a highly motivated Entry-Level Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our rapid growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in B2B outside sales who is eager to build a successful career in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressive Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through high-volume cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Outside Sales Execution: Conduct in-person client meetings to present our products/services and build strong relationships.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 months of proven B2B outside sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
