ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Successful candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position
- Stand in one place on the mezzanine for up to a 10 hour shift.
- Lift, handle, and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ensure PPE compliance
- Ability to work with hands for up to a 10 hour shift
- Maintain a steady workflow
- Meet quality standards
- Help in other departments as necessary
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
- Frequently move, lift, carry package and place or palletize cartons and supplies weighing up to 2-10lbs pounds without assistance.
- Occasionally lift, carry and place or palletize cartons and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds with or without assistance.
- Stand for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made in certain circumstances.
- Visually locates merchandise and other objects.
- Visually verifies and inspects product and information, often in small print.
- Walk to and from work area for scheduled breaks and to access supplies.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required,
- WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Working in the following environment is necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this position.
- Work may be on elevated platforms.
- Work is on smooth concrete surfaces. Anti-fatigue mats at workstations may be provided.
