Asset Management Analyst
Location: Tualatin, OR
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays and Fridays, In-Office Tuesdays through Thursdays)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage moderately complex projects, from planning and scope definition to execution and risk mitigation.
- Deal Monitoring: Analyze contract language to ensure alignment with deal flow.
- Gather, interpret, and report data to support strategic decisions.
- Create and document efficient processes to improve operations and compliance.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain high interaction with key team members and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in asset or portfolio management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, data analysis, and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Utilities experience.
- Familiarity with asset management systems.
- Background in accounting.
- Project management certification (nice to have).
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment and show problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Stand, move, bend at a fast pace for up to 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to discern written and oral instructions and communications
