• Install and maintain low-voltage security systems including networked video surveillance, access control systems, and intrusion systems.
• Provide outstanding service for large-scale security projects in critical infrastructure, commercial, and industrial environments.
• Work closely with key customer accounts, ensuring security systems are functioning efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair wiring, devices, and hardware issues independently.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to low-voltage infrastructure and networked systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and wiring schematics to successfully configure hardware from leading manufacturers.
• Collaborate with project managers, site-supervisors, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
• Adhere to company standards, OSHA, safety protocols, and job-specific requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience installing and maintaining low-voltage security systems in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of networked security solutions, access control, intrusion detection, and life safety systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Experience with manufacturers such as Genetec, Milestone Systems, Axis, Bosch, and others is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification or demonstrated knowledge of worksite safety protocols.
