What you'll be doing day to day
Supports the BN manager & Sales department of the store on areas under his responsibility. Actively supports
the sales department to optimize sales and long term, sustained profitability within the home furnishing
businesses (HFB) by measuring and following up to navigate sales, margin and range management.
• Closely analyzes sales and other KPI's and secures that all needed reports are available. Prioritizes
readymade reports and trains users how to use them and interpret them.
• Follows part of the P&L, understands the connections with the store operation and provides relevant analysis
and proposal in order to improve the performance of the store.
• In an agile & efficient way, identifies opportunities and suggests improvement linked to benchmarks KPI's
from proven solutions, good examples & benchmarking (using close the gaps).
• Follows the development of the results and supports the BNO manager in the forecasting process.
• Supports the BNO manager in the financial business plan process in the store.
• Supports the management of the store in building proper analysis and ROI calculation for any planned
investments.
• Supports implementation of relevant rules and guidelines in the areas of Risk and compliance, cash
administration routines, accounting rules, etc.
• Knows the store priorities, the local market and competition and uses the information to actively work with
sales and BN department to contribute to the store business plan.
• Supports the sales department in their drive to sell the volume commitments, monitoring store sales results
and providing information that allows them to follow up on deviations.

The hourly pay range for this role is $66,950-$92,707
