Job Description
We are currently seeking a Process Specialist to join our Process Engineering team location in Jacksonville, FL. In this position, you will work in a multidiscipline engineering team to execute capital expenditure and plant maintenance projects of varying sizes.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:
- Development of project deliverables. These include, but are not limited to: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Equipment sizing, Equipment/Piping lists, Theory of Operation
- Facilitating Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies
- Visiting site to collect data.
- Collaborating with operators and plant engineers to obtain key information about running facilities to help diagnose problems and find solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Supporting IKO’s core values and leadership behaviours
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- 5 years of experience working in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- 5S knowledge and implementation preferred
- CCPS Process Safety Professional is preferred
- Experience with development of process documentation to be used for project execution and troubleshooting existing equipment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to develop schematics in Autocad is a plus
