We are seeking a recent engineering graduate or similar to fill the role of Production Supervisor in our Building Future Leaders Program. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading employees to maintain a high level of awareness on safety, environmental, and process compliance.
Your responsibilities will include producing a high-quality product, championing hazard identification and control through behavior-based safety and risk assessment programs, and continually improving operational efficiency. You will also ensure proper documentation and complete reports as required.
