Commercial Concrete Finisher Job Summary:
The Concrete Finisher performs under the direction of the finisher foreman/lead and carries out assignments related to concrete placement, finishing, curing, cutting, based on the proper selection of equipment, materials and finishing sequence needed to deliver an acceptable product.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Commercial Concrete Finisher will need to possess the following skills to fulfill the requirements of the role. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
- Successfully execute concrete placement, consolidation, strike-off and finishing operations on all various commercial and industrial projects
- Follow instructions from leads
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participate in Training/Certifications as required
Requirements
- 2 years related field experience
Preferred Qualifications
· TWIC Card Holder (or availability to obtain one)
· OSHA 10 or Basic Plus
· Ability to operate power trowels and ride-on power trowels
· Experience participating in placements of slabs with high FF / FL numbers
· ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher Certification
· Experience with large slab placements (over 40K SF)

Additionally, we provide outside place/finish services to local and national contractors. We strive to keep work lined up ahead of the crews and maintain a full schedule.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- concrete finishing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- TWIC Card (Preferred)
