What You'll Be Doing
- Manage, configure, and optimize the company’s Salesforce platform
- Oversee user management, security, permissions, and data integrity
- Lead the potential transition to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Manage integrations with tools like eMoney, Black Diamond, Schwab, and Milemarker
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows for leadership and teams
- Improve and automate business processes across operations, business development, and portfolio administration
- Ensure data quality through validation rules, data governance, and system monitoring
- Train and support users to drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
- Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
