Responsibilities
- Own and optimize demand generation efforts, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads through multi-channel digital marketing, paid media, and SEO-driven strategies.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance metrics daily using CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), marketing dashboards, and automation tools to refine campaigns and enhance sales pipeline efficiency.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows, leveraging email marketing, retargeting, and nurturing campaigns to accelerate lead conversion.
- Work closely with sales leadership to refine marketing-qualified lead (MQL) and sales-qualified lead (SQL) criteria, ensuring marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Create sales enablement materials, including case studies, pitch decks, whitepapers, and competitor analyses, to support deal closure and enhance sales outreach efforts.
- Oversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive higher engagement and lead capture through enhanced user experience (UX).
- Develop data-driven, targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns that align with sales strategies to engage key enterprise prospects and high-value accounts.
- Manage and refine PPC, paid search, and paid social campaigns, continuously optimizing for ROI and pipeline acceleration.
- Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness with clear KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and rapid iteration.
- Lead trade shows, virtual events, and industry conferences with a focus on maximizing lead acquisition and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with business priorities, go-to-market strategies, and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 7 years of B2B marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or fast-growing technology companies.
- Proven expertise in sales-focused marketing, including lead generation, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), and sales enablement tools.
- Strong ability to develop and analyze marketing dashboards, track campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize sales funnel performance.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and email automation.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, customer journey analytics, and best practices for lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing strategies to generate high-intent leads that convert into sales.
- Experience working closely with sales teams, understanding sales cycles, and ensuring marketing aligns with deal closure and revenue generation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup environment, comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and scaling strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
