Customer Experience Parking Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the parking facility.
• Manage the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the parking area.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide valet parking services when necessary, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits using retail math skills.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Ensure the parking area is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations.
• Assist in training new staff members on parking procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Previous experience in valet parking or dealership environments is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Experience:

• Parking Attendant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
