Role Summary:
INCCRRA is seeking a Training Administration Specialist (RVC and Trainer Support) to work in the Learning and Development Department. This position will serve as the lead specialist for Registry-Verified Conferences. This position provides customer service, technical assistance, material distribution, and data entry support as it relates to Illinois Trainers Network (ITN) Trainers, Registry-Verified Conferences and the ECE Credential Level 1 High School Program.

What will you be doing?
- Assist conference planners before and after event to ensure timely completion of the RVC process
- Coordinate staff coverage of in person conferences
- Maintain current information on the conference coverage spreadsheet
- Review, revise, and recommend RVC policy changes as appropriate
- Scheduling and completion of data entry for RVC's
- Coordinate/communicate with external agencies and partners for any external trainings or work days
- Secure locations and venues for external work days and training events
- Arrange room set up and supplies for external work days and training events
- Maintain relationship and coordinate with military contacts to schedule childcare for yellow ribbon and other military events
- Coordinate/communicate with local CCR&R Agency contacts to identify childcare providers for each event
- Manage distribution of payments to all childcare providers and agencies involved in a military child care event
- Attend/participate in planning committees associated with Families of the Fallen
- Coordinate INCCRRA's involvement with Families of the Fallen events
- Report participation numbers and trends in military childcare events quarterly and annually
- Complete data entry for ITN trainings (SDAs to be split between two staff) and scanning of ITN documents
- Review and recommend policy changes as it pertains to data entry when appropriate
- Provide technical assistance to CCR&R Training Coordinators, and CCR&R staff regarding policies and procedures for ITN
- Provide technical assistance to ITN trainers
- Ordering of training materials and resources and distribution of training materials for ITN trainings
- Inventory management of materials available through outside vendors and materials available on site at INCCRRA
- Tracking of materials sent to CCR&R
- Maintain operations manual
- Assist Training Administration Coordinator with project management
- Review and maintain internal operations manual
- Attend conferences as required to promote the Registry and assist members in receiving
- professional development credit.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and technical assistance skills
- Strong knowledge of ITN trainings and materials
- Strong capacity to accurately enter large volumes of data
- Strong knowledge of DTP and how quality assurance pieces are linked to data entry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage several projects
