The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, and day-to-day HR operations. Responsibitlies
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome new hires
- Maintain employee files and ensure information is kept accurate and confidential
- Support data entry and updates in HR systems (HRIS)
- Assist with posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Respond to general employee questions or direct them to the right contact
- Help coordinate employee events and internal communications
- Assist with time-off tracking, benefits paperwork, and compliance tasks as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources; Payroll and Benefits experience a plus
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Embody a "no task is too small" and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HR software experience is a bonus, but not required
