What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change management Lead position at ILabz Technology?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans for organizational transformations, with a focus on manufacturing processes and operations.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and address change impacts related to new systems, processes, or organizational structures within manufacturing settings.
- Assess change readiness, conduct impact assessments, and define stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop and deliver training programs, communication materials, and other tools to promote understanding and alignment with new processes, systems, or organizational structures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to change agents and other key stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting the manufacturing team in embedding change initiatives into daily operations.
- Support leadership in addressing resistance to change and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
