Bilingual Onsite Manager

iLink Business Management is seeking an Onsite Manager to acquire qualified employees within a large spectrum of manufacturing, production and logistics, companies etc. in the City of Fontana and Ontario Locations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

First Shift Hours

Pay Rate: $22-$24 DOE

Must come with previous staffing as an onsite experience

DUTIES

• Scheduling, Screening, Recruiting, and Interviewing potential candidates
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coaching, mentoring
• Walk-through(s) 
• Worker's Comp, injury handling 
• Client Reporting (attendance, productivity, etc.)
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
• Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
• Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Review and analyze resumes
• Attending and scheduling job fairs
• Conduct Drug Screens
• Conduct Background Checks
• Collecting Time, submitting to payroll
• Meeting the needs and questions of current and future employees
• Conduct daily safety walks
