Seeking an experienced Mid-Level Structural Designer to assist with single and multi-discipline projects in Northwest Indiana. The position requires demonstrated design ability and competency with AutoCAD and other CAD tools preferably in a consulting environment, for heavy industrial engineering projects in the oil and gas, chemical, power, and metals industries.
Desired skills include but are not limited to :
AutoCAD 2D & AutoCAD Plant 3D
Advanced 3D training is a plus
Microstation
SmartPlant 3D
3D Modeling of structures
AutoCAD Civil 3D
CadWorx
Self-starter, works independently with little direction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding and aptitude in the use of current computer software including CAD systems, Microsoft Office products and design software
