Seeking a Construction Manager to join our growing team in Jasper County, IN! Previous solar / energy construction experience is highly desired but not required.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Lead weekly trade contractor meetings
- Oversee schedule, making sure subcontractors hitting schedule
- Oversee invoicing and change order management on subs / suppliers
- Oversee onsite QC and administrative staff
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- All other duties as assigned
