As the Vice President of Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping BEAK's strategic growth and solidifying its position as a leader in the IT Infrastructure and AI-driven ITSM space. You will lead efforts to expand the company’s market presence, driving sales and scaling the business to achieve significant growth in the B2B SaaS domain.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role that will require you to innovate, execute, and build a world-class sales engine to position BEAK as the preferred solution for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, and AI-powered ITSM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration in the IT Infrastructure, Security, and AI-driven ITSM sectors.
  • Revenue Growth: Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, expanding the customer base across key markets, including MSPs, enterprises, and IT departments.
  • Partnerships: Leverage and build strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Sales Engine: Establish and optimize sales processes, metrics, and tools for consistent and predictable revenue generation.
  • Market Expansion: Spearhead efforts to position BEAK as a leader in the US market, with a focus on East Coast and Central regions, driving adoption among target B2B audiences.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent BEAK at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams in technology-focused, B2B SaaS environments, with a track record of driving ARR growth in the $10M–$50M range.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, MSPs, RMM, and ITSM, with the ability to effectively position BEAK within these domains.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for innovation, growth, and building impactful solutions.
  • Market Experience: Deep familiarity with the US B2B SaaS market, including key buying personas, sales cycles, and competitive landscapes.
  • Partnership Savvy: Experience developing and managing strategic alliances to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional ability to convey value propositions and build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $187,290.00 - $205,330.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
