Experience:
The desired candidate should have;
- Private fund formation experience.
- Preferred experience includes private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hybrid, and evergreen funds.
- Stellar academic credentials.
- A foundational understanding of the U.S. regulatory regime governing private funds.
- Experience with seed deals and investor-side representation.
