An AM & Vault ranked Law firm are looking to onboard an Associate into their Real Estate practice group. The position is open to their dominant New York office.

The real estate practice, ranked as one of the foremost in the United States, is diversified and global, encompassing the full range of transaction types, regions, and asset classes to represent clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions.
Ideal candidate:
- The candidate must have at least three years of experience in working on broad commercial real estate transactions, including substantial commercial real estate finance experience.
- Knowledge of real estate acquisition and dispositions, property management and asset management, real estate development and construction.
- Commercial real estate leasing experience, including the representation of large institutional landlords.
- Experience representing lenders on commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, hotel, multi-family and residential.
- Experience drafting and negotiating real estate secured finance documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development related documents such as easements and CC&R’s.
- Reviewing diligence documentation related to real property, including title, survey, organisational documentation, construction documents and service contracts including property management agreements.
