CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast pace and dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong focus on client services, both over the phone and through email.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone & email.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
• Identify opportunities for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or a high pace environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
• Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using QB, Email and Excel software and computerized systems for record keeping.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.56 - $21.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
