What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible leasing consultant for the Mankato, MN area. This position will play an important role in the success of each property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality.
Job Responsibilities:
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of leasing including leasing activities and coordination of general administration.
- Respond to apartment inquiries including answering prospective resident calls
- Setting up appointments for showings
- Follow-ups with prospects
- Administrative duties
- Create move-in and move-out information packets
- Send out acceptance letters to approved applicants with copy of signed lease
- Assist in the coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience· Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-Organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.
