Proficiently secures leases across a broad portfolio while consistently meeting weekly targets through an understanding of customer needs and exceeding expectations. This position holds the responsibility of ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tour Experience
- Handles income sales by phone, email, walk-in, and online chat; manages follow-up on all requests.
- Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Saturday experience of the highest quality.
- Consistently communicates with active prospects.
- Uses a consultative leasing approach to elevate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits.
- Effectively qualifies prospective residents and updates records as necessary.
- Provides a seamless sales experience to the customer by working with other team members through the sales process.
Meet Application Goals
- Travels to multiple sites and leases apartment homes to achieve occupancy/availability goals for the division.
- Distribute and track lease renewal offers in accordance with current policy and procedure guidelines.
- Supports Saturday Properties’ culture and values to achieve top Satisfacts survey scores and reviews.
- Complete weekly/monthly market surveys and update weekly pricing.
- Inputs all activity and customer information into company-provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilizes the interactive pricing application pricing tool with every lease transaction and accurately records all data to support the company's goals and initiatives.
- Works in a team environment, supporting all team members to exceed customer expectations.
- Supports other centralized departments as directed.
- Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, employees, and outside contacts.
- Maintains the company’s customer service and sales standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment
- Superior customer service skills and desire to help people
- Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers, including word processing, excel, calendar management, software/database
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors
