Your Role...

The ideal Teller Supervisor will be professional and dependable leader overseeing the daily operations of the Teller staff providing accurate and efficient member service. This includes directing staff training, scheduling and daily balancing procedures for the department to ensure compliance of policies and procedures. Responsibility for regulatory compliance and reporting as needed.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Overseeing the Teller staff and providing excellent member service at the branch operations level, including training on policies, procedures and regulatory compliance, addressing member issues or complaints, monitor Teller transactions.
  • Possess strong customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team unit
  • Ability to learn, apply and comply with various financial regulations
  • Proficiency with computer system operations and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate tactfully and deal with confidential information
  • Identify opportunities in which financial products that would be valuable to members
  • Other duties as assigned

The Requirements...

Our desired candidate will possess a demonstrated leadership role, knowledge of operational cash handling procedures, strong math skills, professional demeanor and possess excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required. Additional education, Associates degree or Leadership related certification preferred.

Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and occasional Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm.
