Job Description:

As a Healthcare Marketing Coordinator at AXXESS Healthcare Services/Illinois Nursing Academy, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare staffing services. This role combines healthcare marketing expertise with digital marketing skills, including social media marketing and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our nurse staffing services as well as our employment agency services.
• Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns/mailings to engage with both healthcare professionals and client facilities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, making data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with our team to create compelling and informative healthcare-related content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and healthcare news to inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and terminology.
• Strong skills in creating and managing content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Experience in email & mailing campaign marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet goals and deadlines.
