- Provide support on human resource activities, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with complex human resource activities and related Office for Access and Equity documentation activities
- Advise on human resource strategies and their development, making recommendations to senior leaders, coordinating across units as needed.
- Resolve employee requests, providing coaching and support to managers and Human Resource employees.
- Assist with unit-level implementation and impact analysis, coordinating with central Human Resources as needed.
- Advise managers on unit employee-related matters, such as staffing and career development.
- Assist in analyzing unit, university, and market trends, to support organizational improvement.
