Duties & Responsibilities
- Client/Partner Interactions • Assist in proposal development and communication with iFAB partners and IBRL clients. • Submit contracts and follow up on contract status for iFAB partners and IBRL clients. Contract examples: Nondisclosure agreements, technical testing agreements, facility use agreements, iFAB membership agreements. • Assist with sponsorship opportunities for events such as IBRL short courses, community events, and iFAB-hosted opportunities.
- Success Tracking • Establish tracking systems for iFAB and IBRL impact including, but not limited to: individuals trained, company collaborations, student job placement, speaking engagements. • Input IBRL data into Customer relationship management tool (i.e. Salesforce). • Collate iFAB data from all members for required reporting to iFAB stakeholders. • Work with iFAB Administration Professional to input and share success metrics in tracking documentation required by federal sponsor. • Work with iFAB Communications Manager to frame and share success stories.
- Fiscal • Build financial reports as required by iFAB stakeholders. • Track IBRL expenses and revenue as a key iFAB success metric. • Assist in client invoice management such as structuring invoices, following up on invoice payments.
- Other Duties • Interact with iFAB members external to the University to gather success metrics. • Backup travel coordination in support of iFAB business development. • Backup other functions as necessary to ensure efficient and effective business operations of iFAB and IBRL. • Other duties as assigned.
