As IT Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the company's digital landscape by overseeing business applications, user computing, and IT infrastructure. You will lead a small team of IT professionals, driving strategic initiatives to align technology solutions with business objectives and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Application Management :
Lead enterprise applications and solutions, including ERP, WMS, eCommerce, and collaboration tools.
Maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring 24 / 7 system uptime and optimizing performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop the IT team, aligning departmental goals with company strategy.
Provide technical support and develop IT policies, promoting efficient technology use.
Manage IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business needs.
