Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with the patient, family, and other members of the Advanced Illness team.
- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, within the scope of professional practice.
- Communicate clinical findings to the supervising physician as needed, but no less than bi-weekly.
- Maintain effective working relationships with supportive care team members, as applicable.
