Overview:
Illuminate Mission Solutions (IMS) is seeking a Mid-Information Manager with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support an ongoing program with a government customer. As a Mid-Information Manager, you will support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Europe Eurasia Regional Center (EERC) functioning as a knowledge manager for center and division senior level personnel. You will provide requirements management as well as strategic communications and executive assistant and executive officer support for the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to engage with and support senior government and military personnel.
- Ability to function as an executive assistant, executive officer, and requirements manager as needed.
- Ability to support shift work & have a TS/SCI with willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Expereince with using the Microsoft Office Suite of tools and applications.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience working in intelligence, Associate's degree and 4 years of experience working in intelligence, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience working in intelligence.
- Experience working in the DoD
- Experience with engaging with senior government and military officials
- Experience with developing strategic communications plans
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Possession of excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in the IC
- Experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, and requirements manager
- Knowledge of COLISEUM
- Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR
