This Security and Compliance Lead position is a key role within the University of Maryland's Division of Information Technology (DIT). Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, configuration, and oversight of the Security domain and subject areas for Workday modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related matters
