Lighting Sales Project Coordinator

Illuminosity is a lighting wholesaler and a lighting consulting firm. We specify, design and supply lighting for residences, yachts, restaurants, High rise buildings both commercial and residential, offices, hospitality, Hospitals, environmental, entertainment and just about anything that requires illumination. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, factories, understanding client's needs, and ensuring a smooth process of their lighting project.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, and vendors.
• Understanding customers' needs.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Experience with lighting required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Inside Sales role required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
