- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care, monitoring daily conditions and reporting changes or concerns to a licensed nurse.

- Possess a strong commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Demonstrate the ability to relate well to all individuals and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions, adapting to change as needed.
- Be able to work varying shifts, including 2:00pm - 10:00pm on weekdays and every other weekend.
