Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC) Specialist. The position is based in Freehold, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, building backlinks, and analyzing web performance data. In addition to managing on-page SEO, the candidate must be experienced in setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns—especially on Google Ads. Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus, but not required. All campaigns will focus on clients located in New Jersey.

Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research and competitive
analysis• Perform comprehensive SEO audits and implement optimization strategies
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks
• Optimize website content for on-page SEO performance
• Monitor, report on, and improve campaign performance using web analytics tools
• Plan, launch, and manage paid search ad campaigns (primarily Google Ads)
• Conduct A/B testing and ROI analysis for PPC campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and PPC trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
• Proficient in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO
• Experienced in SEO Audits, Link Building, and Web Analytics
• Proven success managing PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus
• Must be able to show proven results from previous SEO and/or PPC campaigns
• Passionate about current digital trends, social media culture, and emerging platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be NJ-based or able to work regularly from our Freehold, NJ office
