Are you an outgoing, dependable individual in the Jacksonville area? ILMO Products Co. is looking for an experienced Accounting Support Specialist for our corporate location.
SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for daily store accounting, processing monetary transactions, and administrative support of corporate executive staff. In addition will serve as the primary receptionist, and will serve ILMO employees with billing, accounting and external customer service support in a professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as primary receptionist. Answer and route telephone calls to corporate office.
2. Serve internal customers (ILMO employees and branches) with billing, accounting and external customer service support in a professional manner.
3. Processing report envelopes from branches received via truck.
4. Accurate and timely recording for store deposits and expenditures. Includes maintaining running bank balance for each location and monthly reconciliation.
5. Process customer credit card payments, checks, tape total and deposit.
6. Sort and distribute daily office mail and promotional materials as needed. Fold and mail invoices daily.
7. Order, receive, and distribute office, pre-printed paper and other supplies.
8. Record IVDR (Individual Vehicle Distance Records), post motor fuel truck reports and print reports.
9. Scan & Upload Picking/ Delivery tickets for system visibility.
10. Maintenance of Corporate Documents with Outside Storage Facility.
11. Assist with Customer Portal Billing as needed.
12. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of office administration experience preferred.
