IMA is currently seeking an accounting specialist to support our growing employee benefits department based out of our brand new Salt Lake City office.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

- Interact professionally and timely with internal and external clients via email and phone
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate client and policy information in EPIC.
- Understand systems with data feeds into Epic (QuickBooks, Smartsheet, Excel etc).
- Manage process for Agency Billed Invoices for consulting and ACA fees.
- Manage RX Savings Expenses and Approvals with RX and Accounting team
- Manage monthly reporting, production reports and budget process for Accounting and Benefits Department.
- Reconcile EPIC, budget, production and accounting reports.
- Support and assist with all accounting functions within the department as needed. Including, but not limited to payables, receivables and other accounting functions.
- 3-5 years of similar or related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar preferred
- Systems skills – Applied Epic, QuickBooks
- Experience with MS Office products preferred, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Smartsheet
- Candidate must be strongly detail-oriented and highly organized.
