Real Estate Manager - Administrative

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:



  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

  • Provides support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and the legal/licensing team with special projects

  • Manages the CAO’s calendar, travel and scheduling.

  • Assists CAO with communications, supporting a culture of transparent corporate governance and business ethics based upon IMA’s values and Code of Conduct

  • Assists CAO with the management and tracking of all leases and subleases

  • Coordinates real estate administration and information provided to corporate team, including HR, accounting, and risk management

  • Tracks administration, legal and licensing team strategy goals and objectives, and communicates progress to leadership and team

  • Tracks expenditures of real estate projects against current budget

  • Performs office functions to include the following:

    • Processes expense reports

    • Orders supplies

    • Processes invoices via Concur for payment

    • Assists with office maintenance




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:



  • 4-year college degree preferred

  • 5-10 years of similar or related experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer proficiency

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

  • Microsoft Office products experience, including the following: Outlook, Word, Excel, , and OneNote

  • Ability to learn various systems and work efficiently in them, including, but not limited to EPIC, Sharepoint, and ImageRight
