What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Client Experience Consultant, P&C position at IMA Financial Group?
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary proxy for producer(s) in client, internal team(s), and external vendor partner interactions
- Actively participate in client lunch / dinners, events, and activities to foster and maintain relationships
- Join producer(s) in prospect meetings and complete associated tasks including but not limited coordination of internal resources, and creation of deliverables
- Identify and engage appropriate internal and external resources
- Identify and rectify errors in presentation drafts, guiding correction
- Take thorough meeting notes, prepare meeting summaries, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Responsible for implementation and execution of client onboarding, both new and current
- Help create Service Plans, Stewardship, Trend Reports, and Business Strategy plans / deliverables for upcoming renewal
- Organize / lead Mid-Year Huddles to identify strategies and resources for upcoming renewal
- Attend Claim and Risk Control meetings to identify and track milestones / follow-ups for completion
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client renewal list
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with market contacts
- Represent clients in addressing complaints, disputes, or grievances internally and with carrier / vendor partners
- Fulfill project management duties as required, ensuring successful project completion
- Ensure client is receiving top-tier service and support tailored to their needs
You Should Have

Salary Range $90,000—$105,000 USD
