Job description
Responsibilities:
-Perform all duties and tasks in a safe manner.
-Set up blasting and coating equipment.
-Operate blasting and coating equipment.
-Operate forklifts, manlifts, and scissor lifts.
-Understanding Product Data Sheets to ensure proper mixture and application of a coating system.
-Making sure the quality of work meets our standards as a company.
-Work cohesively as a team to meet project timelines.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of applicable regulations, such as OSHA standards
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and forklifts
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Familiarity with welding, construction painting, auto painting, fabricating, machining, and materials handling processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Must have reliable transportation for daily commute, with availability for overtime work.
-Capable of lifting 80lbs.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and procedures.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
-Ability to work at a fast and steady pace.
-Able to work in heights, depths, confined spaces, and uncomfortable positions.
- Perform high quality work with strong attention to detail.
-Work is physically demanding and requires frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing and holding these positions for an extended time.
